The M80-8890805 is a 8-contact 2mm female Datamate L-Tek DIL Cable Connector Kit with housing and contacts. Large bore is suitable for 22AWG cable (1.1mm max insulation), M80-0110005 spare contacts. Housing is made of black UL94V-0 PBT with gold plated beryllium copper contact clip/brass shell contact base and gold plated termination. The M80 series socket has straight connector orientation and cable (crimp) connection type. It is suitable for 0.5mm mating pin size. The connector is intended for use as a low voltage connector in high packing density electronic equipment. The connector is polarised to prevent mismatching and can be produced with a latching feature jackscrew (L-Tek) format, with or without board mounting.
