How to Use1. Adjust the Head Strap to a comfortable fit. Rotate the front mount to set the shooting direction.2. Install the camera (sold separately) to the front mount on the Head Strap using a 1/4″ Thumb Screw.Tip: You can install a second camera to the rear mount on the Head Strap.

Notes1. The Head Strap is compatible with various Insta360 cameras. It should only be used with cameras weighing 250g (8.8oz) or less.2. You can use the included Mount Extension, if required, according to the shape and size of the camera.3. When mounting a camera with a 1/4″ mounting point screw hole (such as ONE X2), the included 1/4″ Mount Adapter should be used.4. Please assemble according to the instructions. Do not use the Head Strap with any other accessories.5. Please air dry the Head Strap after use and store it in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place.
