The TB6560AFG(O,8) is a PWM chopper type bipolar driver IC for stepper motor control in 64 pin HQFP package. It is designed for sinusoidal input microstep control of bipolar stepping motors. The TB6560AFG can be used in applications that require 2 phase, 1-2 phase, 2W1-2 phase and 4W1-2 phase excitation modes. This device is capable of providing low vibration, high performance forward and reverse driving of two phase bipolar stepping motor using only a clock signal.

- On-resistance (Ron) is typically 0.7ohm (upper and lower sum)
